Mum & Bub Yoga 

Commencing May 21st 2026

We are excited to announce our Mum and Bub Yoga Flow. 

A nurturing space for new mums to gently reconnect with their bodies while staying close to their babies.

This 6-week program is designed to support postnatal recovery through safe, functional movement. Helping you activate, stretch, and tone in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment.

There’s no pressure to “keep up” this is real life with a baby.

You’re welcome to:

  • Feed, settle, or attend to your baby at any time

  • Take breaks whenever needed

  • Include your baby in gentle movements

  • Rest, breathe, and simply be

We close the program with a Shantala Baby Massage Workshop, giving you a beautiful bonding ritual to take home
