Meet Courtney

Courtney is an accredited Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, CrossFit coach and Nutritionist who is passionate about helping people feel healthier and stronger every day!

As an instructor, I love creating classes that start with simple base movements and adding layers upon layers! I can guarantee you'll always get a full body workout!

"My love for Pilates first started as a rehab journey, finding a way to move without pain and still leave classes feeling like I could work hard and maintain strength was important to me. Pilates quickly became one of my favourite ways to build strength, mobility, control and body awareness."
